The MV Casanova is a five-stars ship, owned and operated by Peter Deilmann Cruises. The ship cruises not only the Danube river but also the Rhine, Neckar, Main rivers and the Rhine-Main-Danube channel.

Carrying only 96 passengers in 48 cabins the ship is equipped with television, telephone and four-channel radio and of course large picture windows (lower deck) or full-length French doors (upper deck). Cabins, corridors and dining room are non-smoking areas. All meals are served in one single seating. The ship offers public areas like a bar, Panorama Restaurant, and lounge. English language announcements, menus and daily programs are provided.

The MV Casanova was newly built in 2001 and refurbished in 2005. Peter Deilmann Cruises offers river cruise vacations since 1983 and has won many awards in the travel press in the last few years, including awards for service, food and the ships itself.
