The MV Danube Princess (German name: "Donauprinzessin") is a four-stars ship, owned and operated by Peter Deilmann Cruises. The ship carries 186 passengers in 95 cabins, equipped with telephone, audio entertainment center, color TV and of course large picture windows.

Cabins, corridors and dining room are non-smoking areas. All meals are served in one single seating. The ship offers public areas like a Panorama lounge, two bars, gift shop, beauty salon, library, laundry and an outdoor swimming pool. English language announcements, menus and daily programs are provided.

The ship was built in 1983 and completely refurbished in 2004. Peter Deilmann Cruises offers river cruise vacations since 1983 and has won many awards in the travel press in the last few years, including awards for service, food and the ships itself.
