The MV Princesse de Provence is a four-stars ship, owned and operated by Peter Deilmann Cruises. The ship carries 148 passengers in 70 cabins, equipped with telephone, closets, desk, shower and full-length French doors (large windows on the lower cabin deck).

Cabins, corridors and dining room are non-smoking areas. All meals are served in one single seating. The ship offers public areas like a lounge, two bars, gift shop, beauty salon, boutique and laundry. English language announcements, menus and daily programs are provided.

The ship was built in 1992 and refurbished in 2004. Peter Deilmann Cruises offers river cruise vacations since 1983 and has won many awards in the travel press in the last few years, including awards for service, food and the ships itself.
